WoodStampArt sells handcrafted wooden art, block printing stamps, wall art, kitchenware, and decorative items. Because each item is handmade:

• Slight variations in color, texture, grain pattern, and dimensions are natural and expected
• Product images are representative; your item may vary slightly from what is shown
• Wood is a natural material that may develop a patina over time · this is a feature, not a defect
• Dimensions and weights listed are approximate

3. Accounts

To place orders, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and may be displayed in other currencies using approximate exchange rates for convenience
• The final charge is always in INR; converted amounts are estimates only
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues)
• Order confirmation does not guarantee availability until shipped

5. Payment

We accept payments through Stripe (credit/debit cards, UPI) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

6. Shipping

• We ship within India and internationally
• Shipping times, costs, and carriers vary by destination
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country · these are the buyer's responsibility

Our wooden products comply with Indian export regulations including:

• CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) · we only use legally sourced, non-restricted wood species
• Phytosanitary certificates are provided where required for international shipments
• Products are fumigated and heat-treated as per ISPM-15 standards for international wood packaging

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WoodStampArt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. For international customers, we will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before legal proceedings.
