For Orders Within India
Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Photo/video proof of damage or defect is required for damage claims
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Natural wood variations (grain, color, minor size differences) are not defects
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund to original payment method (bank/card may take additional 5-10 days)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error is ours)
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer (unless defective/wrong item)
Exchange
We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. Contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
For International Orders

- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Photo/video proof required for all return requests
Important Notes for International Returns
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
- Customs duties and import taxes paid during original delivery are non-refundable · contact your local customs authority for reimbursement
- Items must clear customs before we can process the return
Refund Process
- Refund processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item
- Refund in the original currency of payment
- International shipping charges are non-refundable
- Exchange rate differences between purchase and refund dates are not covered
Damaged During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged due to international transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will offer a full refund or replacement (including shipping costs).
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@woodstampart.com with your order number and reason for return
- Include clear photos of the item (and damage, if applicable)
- Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Share the return tracking number with us
Do not send returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing for a full refund
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible · you may return after delivery
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
